We have two special offerings for in shop Linux support for Everything Linux customers:

• Free 10 minute consultations -- These are available at any time during retail hours subject to technician availability. A qualified system administrator is guaranteed between 6pm - 8pm on Thursdays and Saturday afternoons from 12pm - 4pm. These are limited to 10 minutes per customer only. There is no need to book -- simply bring in your question, your laptop, or your entire server room (if you think we can fix that in 10 minutes!) and we'll be happy to help. Of course we may not be able to solve your entire problem for you but we will be happy to point you to the first steps to take in the right direction.
• 1 hour technical consultations -- on Thursday evenings from 6pm - 8pm and Saturdays from 12pm - 4pm, a Linux support technician will be available in store for longer consultations. These must be booked in advance, and a 1 hour consultation is available for $110 (inc GST). Once again, bring in your laptop, USB drive, server, or other questions and we can help you out, update you to the latest distribution, or provide some technical advice in detail to best assist you with your Linux issues.
